By understanding how the brain and subconscious work, we can begin to see the logic of ancient practices like Huna and Yoga.

Thank you so much Forrest 💕 Such a great topic! I have a routine that I've practiced since way before I found Kriya. Morning prayers, cutting the cords with golden scissors, combing away detritus with a silver comb, all with the assistance of my higher self. This is absolutely real and a wonderful practice. Now afterwards I do Kryia then exercise. It's winning all over the place!

I'm finding gratitude is the easiest way to do brain rewiring. All I have to do is feel grateful and the changes happen naturally. Yes it takes time but it's the easiest path I have found. I don't like work. No need for shadow work or energy cord cutting or nlp or any of it.

Now it makes sense to me why I keep seeing images while doing the "Om in the Chakra Kriya." It just proves that there is a deep connection to the subconscious mind, while doing the kriya. Also, the cleaning effect felt stronger after these vision occasions. By the way, I also had some visions in normal meditation before I started with your kriya. One of them was a picture of Lahiri Mahasaya with a raised finger pointing to the light over his head with a voice saying, "Nothing is real!" After that, I stumbled upon your channel again and was quite shocked because you have a very similar picture in your intro with Lahiri Mahasaya. I started to watch many of your videos, read your book, and attended one of your trainings. Obviously, I learned this amazing kriya with the Om in the japa + Hakalau, and it works incredibly. Thank you so much for this amazing lila and even more amazing kriya! God bless you and your guru Sri Ashok Singh for giving this tool to the public without hesitation! And also, big thanks to Lahiri Mahasaya and Babaji for passing this down to us.

Thank you for the 'cutting threads' tip Forrest Sir! I have started imagining cutting threads from around me before every Kriya sitting, without defining what those threads are. My attention might still be all over the place but I feel so much lighter from the heart than I did earlier.

Wow thats amazing. Once I worked as a clairvoyant. When I had clients these pictures just hit me. Clear images. I would talk about the pictures and yes yes they would cry or smile and recognize and the pictures didnt have any relevans to my own life at all. I would say - does this picture in my mind make sense to you ? And yes it did. I was so weird. I have to keep this video. Im so happy about the explanation. The yogis allways say - take a bath before meditation. Put on some clean clothes you only use for meditation and then go ahead. I used to think that allright - but you know - why? I understand it now. Today I will meditate as usual but first a shower and while the water is pouring I will see all those little chords and images be washed away. Thanks Forrest ❤

It's so interesting is because i was just thinking this way recently. From the practice of not knowing. And contemplating the nature of nothingness. And embodying that spirit as you go through all your perceptions.

7:00 ☕ 🤤 Love it, when you just said that, I perceived flavor, my mouth watering. Not the cup but all the sensation in my body😅 but the image of several people at the same time😮 so complex. Maybe my subconscious wanted me to appreciate relationships connected to food.

A little bit of the confusion here though is seeing it only in minds eye or seeing it in minds eye and seeing it as your realities experience. See me even trying to explain the difference isn't great. But we generalize to much with our terms like visualization, which should probably be sensory experience simulation. It confuses people and then on top of that we dont discuss our meditative experiences enough in enough detail. When someone claims to be experiencing a past life for intense, the way they talk of it makes it sound that they are in that other life, full on sensory immersion into the other reality. But many of them are not explaining and they are not having that experience, they are having it in their minds eye and when they explain are not being clear with that. Then some are having that level of experience then falling short on explaining. And well, thats likely because its very crazy compared to our expectations of life in most cases. So you may be careful on claiming some of your experience as you don't want to be though of as a nut, those are normally the guys I am looking to talk with. And well, "sometimes you feel like a nut, and sometimes you don't". :) Because there authenticity and truth in their explanation, the others tend to leave it broad and let blanks be filled in, and its not really that they are being dishonest. Funny we have the same problem with UFO and BigFoot experiencers lol.

I thought I invented the cord cutting when I was a teenager! lol. Of course it’s an existing thing :) 1st time was after a breakup. 😅 Then to cut the perceived cords of an emotional vampire. (Which is probably one’s own unconscious “reaching out” with emotions. Sends a clear signal to yourself tho). Can’t wait to try the burning one! 👹🎉 thank you!

Hey Forrest! Thank you for the video! I have a question, when I experiment with my energy and chakras, I’m always worried that I’m wasting energy that I don’t know what I’m doing with, is this a reasonable worry?

Hi Forrest, great video, thank you and many blessings to you!! As a follow up ( just watched your Like to Dislike video), instead of doing it with food items, can I do it with experiences? Like lets say I really love to swim (my favorite activity for example) and I want to replace a fearful experience (like a fear of heights).. can I swap them similar to how you swapped the chocolate cherry and the olive? swap one experience for another and turn a fear into a like? (or at the very least, not so fearful experience)

Because those emotional moments are very powerful you're not able to do it that way. However what you can do is do timeline therapy, and I have walkthroughs on this channel, and I have huge walkthroughs on patreon about timeline therapy ans so erase the major negative emotions that have to do with that experience. And then you will find that you are completely reoriented towards swimming 🪷🤩🤗🙏
