Hi Forrest. I've been seeing this circular light that fits your description of the spiritual eye. I have never tried to enter it because it comes to me over and over again. It comes to me, and passes me and this keep happening continuously. Can you please enlighten me about what's happening?

Beautiful Forrest, this is a profound technique to keep us connected, especially when overwhelm shows up to challenge us, a beautiful way of navigating adversity with grace. Love and light Brother.

Something clicked. This is great example of how Islamic rituals are improted from the Indian Subcontinent. Muslims turn their heads to each direction at the end of each prayer to get that bliss at the end of each prayer.

Thank you Forrest, I will keep practicing this exercise to try to connect with Divine Mother. I did this a few years back calling out to the Divine, and, for the first time in my whole life I received an unforgettable resounding reply of bliss. Then that connection disappeared which only tells me I have to keep trying and get attuned!

Awesome, Forrest! I love Iain McGilchrist's work. I haven't read the Matter with Things yet. I might need to get it soon. I would also recommend Whole Brain Living by Jill Bolte Taylor. I know you are familiar with her work. It resonates with what you do big time. Thanks for your suggestions. Blessings and blissings!

Don't mistake a Guru to be dead if he isn't in the body anymore. All true Guru's are living. Tap one well all the way instead of 50 wells half way. Some people's ego's would rather lead them to wanting to be their own guru and the self appointed guru's of others then humbly submitting to a true God realized Guru. The Guru Gita stresses loyalty to one Guru. From Swami Sivananda, "Stick to one place, one spiritual preceptor, one method, one system of Yoga. That is the way to positive success." Also no organization or members of an organization are perfect. Isn't it more wise to have spiritual discernment in such a case? Finding the fullness of the Guru more likely comes down to the devotees advancement, humility and proper devotion to the Guru then the Guru or organization being at fault. It's easier to point the finger though.

Take you the fingertip of left index finger and place it on the nail of your left pointer, similar to the fingers crossed gesture. This silences the left brain and language centres. Don’t ask me why this works.

Hey Forrest! Sorry this is unrelated to the video. I wanted to ask, have you heard of the buteyko method? The more I look into it the more I'm convinced that it is incredebly complementary to your approach of kriya and meditation in general. It is basically the scentific method (buteyko was a scientist) of systematically lowering your breathing rate. Needless to say it is a huge gamechanger for HRV-R Breathing, kria pranayama and meditation. I would highly recomend you to look into it. Thanks!
