I think a better engine choice for Project Eagle would be an engine like Stevie Fast Jackson has in The Shadow 3.0 I.e. Screw Charger Hemi

Doubt he is going SMX if it's a pure drag car, the whole point of the SMX is that it's a streetable engine with proper water jackets. It's basically a modified Proline 481x engine, just heavier and bigger. Using an actual Proline engine, or something else that's purely for racing would make a lot more sense.

Oh this is great. I watched Cleetus' video and forgot to come here and sub to watch the build. Thankfully youtubes AI recommended the channel and I didn't miss a beat. He's FINALLY given the go ahead on this. I and many others have been pestering him for at least a couple of years to build a car like this but he just insisted on trying to make Mullet work. One too many times getting embarrassed and getting beat by that green mustang, he's finally doing it. Now if I can just convince him to put a 427 in with all the trimmings we should be ready for the show. This is going to be an AMAZING build. Looking forward to it.
