So what do I do if my plant had it last year was growing fine this year and was ready to start flowering but now the whole plant is wilted now what do I do

Thank hoy for all that good informations...but. my clematis have an ugly red worm that isceatig the leaves and blossoms. Please tell me what to do!!! Thank you!💝 ..

I have a clematis that is blue and small flowers and had no issues for years. this year however something has happened with the buds and not sure if it is a bug or disease but no flowers are going to open as the buds are twisted. Any idea what could be the problem? It is such a lovely plant not too vigorous but I am worried it may die as a result of whatever is happening.

Thank you, Marianne. You cut the wilt part from the healthy. Would it have been a good move to dip the healthy piece into alcohol?
