@Kenneth Coats I’m guessing you haven’t played high level soccer then? Yea football is harder but the plays don’t last very long. Imagine playing for 80 minutes instead of just a few plays. I would agree that the different sports would be harder depending in your body type or genetics but ultimately I think AFL or Rugby are some of the hardest sports.

I can tell you highschool football is nothing like this at least where I come from but it’s very similar I’m a nose guard I’m 6ft 270lbs and I’m 14 a freshie but it’s a good workout I’ll say that it’ll getcha sweating but if you don’t like gettin dirty then like my coach said you can become a cheerleader or a couch potato it’s for the mentally and physically strong people and not the soft hearted people
