To be honest, neck training isn't really my specialty! I'd recommend checking out Julian Smith for neck training ideas!

@@ClenchFitness Julian Smith? I think he served me some hot kool aid once. Much better than racist coffee! I had originally asked for malk. He made some neck training videos? I hope he made a bunch, I don't want 6 of them, I want 12! ...and nobody has any idea what I'm talking about. But if you do...I made this for you!

Great tech-in. It’s great starting with a set of 12 with a loaded reasist. band. Going on with two plain. and cracking a fourth with an assisted resistance band. All slow and deep. i mean this is my plan…..thanks to your video Brandon i will try hard and feed back. This is really adding value. Thanks guys you rock. E. from Ancona.

I found Regular/Diamond/Wide pushup are the more challenging one. Inclined/declined pushup is very easy. I do not know why.

All the more reason to practice with the hand placement to get stronger in those positions!

Maybe just me, but you are doing some pretty bad lip synching around 10:00. It's like an old kung fu movie. "But Master, I can already do 50 push-ups at once!" "Yes, grasshopper, but can you stretch the gray band? Only then, will you be ready!"

It looks like the audio and video have gotten misaligned there. It wasn't like that when we uploaded the video, but sometimes that happens with technology! The point I'm trying to make in that clip still stands! 🙌
