Dairy is so high in fat or sugar, I don’t see how that’s healthy ever. Maybe unsweetened Greek yogurt w berries, walnuts , and Splenda or a bit of raw honey but that’s it. There’s zero need to ever eat fried foods, processed foods, fast foods, or sugary sodas. ❤

There is enough sodium in vegetables
@rebeccaorman1823 Жыл бұрын
@@doddsalfa there is a lot of salt in some vegetables. Others such as corn and peas have none. Unless you put a sauces on them or manufacturers add the salt for preservation purposes. However, none of this alters my point that salt is an important electrolyte that is necessary for the proper functioning of the body. While most people in the developed world get way to much of it, it is possible to get to little of it which can lead to health problems of its own.

@@rebeccaorman1823 the reason I commented on salt is because I thought they would mention the plant based way of recover failed heart.But salt is not the cause of heart failure
@rebeccaorman1823 Жыл бұрын
@@doddsalfa Salt does in fact lead to heart failure. Salt leads to fluid retention, which leads to an increased blood volume which the heart has to work harder to pump. This is why a diagnosis of heart failure comes with a recommendation that the patient keep there salt intake to an absolute minimum.
@rebeccaorman1823 Жыл бұрын
@@doddsalfa I didn't point out earlier that over 98% of hospitalizations for heart failure are directly traceable to over consumption of salt. If you have any problems with your heart it is vital to control your salt intake.

So basically put your failed heart in the hands of failed doctors and wait for the next heart attack or an early death?

What a waist of time. All the stuff you read on the pamphlets and nothing else. Not even what you should actually eat. Once again what a waste of time
