Segregation was legal, so the protests where people of color got into segregated spaces and businesses were illegal. Part of making an effective protest is making people uncomfortable, that is usually the whole point of manifestations taking to main roads or public areas. As a fellow painter I agree with this. Also people in the comments are asking what equipment is the painter using. That's an electric rig he's using you can tell by the sound it's not gas. Possibly a Graco or Titan 2200. He's using a 3 ft wand extension and by the spray fan possibly a 215 or 315 tip. I can't really tell but the pressure seems to be cut down low.
