@JamesRDavenportАй бұрын
If you're a Catholic then you should know. It's your church that puts so much emphasis on Christ's death you call it passion, nearly completely forgetting the resurrection. Without the latter the former is useless. Then there's that whole recrucifying Our Lord thing at every single Mass, referring to him, the willing sacrifice as a Victim. And of course, for the layman Catholic there's the state of Grace. If you should die while sinning you lose heaven right? It seems the Son of God's once-and-for-all work was coopted by a Roman empire's formally pagan priesthood to be pez-dispensed at their pleasure. Since everybody is a sinner, I suppose a Catholic has a whole lot to fear in death.

I didn't know about the city of Luni OR the pit of snakes, so the show legit tricked me into thinking Ragnar was dead. Not knowing history never felt so good. But yeah, this actually supposedly happened in Italy and done by Bjorne.

Actually the vikings series gotten this coffin idea from the histories. Actually Bjorn was the one who acted like dead and taken place in the coffin in the legends. But in history this method was not used against Paris but some place around the medettrian Sea. Where in a kingdom Bjorn uses this same method of Ragnar to get in the country's church to get many valuable materials like gold, rubies etc. But when it come to the series they used this idea for Ragnar. But anyway the vikings series actually portrayed it in a good way and also the acting of Travis fimmel (Ragnar) getting from coffin. He really nailed it💯🔥

I think it was Harald Hardrada that faked his death to get into a city in sicily while he was in the varangian guard

Does anybody know how the song is named? The one where the girl is singing. It sounds like the one from Heilung.
