A couple of useful ideas among the many demonstrated. Kitchen devices: not so much- kitchen device problems are 1) useless plastics, 2) single purpose, 3) storage space, 4) cost. Mostly they do things that you can do with your chef knife & utility knife plus a spoon.

Putting food in the dryer??? This is why I don't eat other people's food 😆
@kevincrosby1760 Жыл бұрын
I guess I've been doing it all wrong. I just put a baking pan of boiling water on the bottom rack of the oven (oven off), and put my bowl containing the dough on the top rack and cover with a towel. Shut the oven door and it will stay warm long enough to get the yeast going. I guess an alternate would be to set the oven to "warm" and lay out your wet socks and undies on the oven racks to dry, thereby freeing up the dryer for your bread dough.
