Hey Matt, I've decided to purchase a sauna and upon doing a KZbin search, I came across your site. Outstanding content! I'm sure you have saved me a number of headaches in this journey; not to mention answering questions i wouldn't have thought to ask! BTW, you have some hilarious material in some of these vids. So true about sales people!

Another thing, this reminds me of when we were RV shopping. The salesman would really push a particular brand or model. My husband would always ask, "Where is your favorite place to camp?" Shocking how many replied that they don't camp. Seriously?!

So, what’s the best infrared sauna indoors?
@kourt24693 жыл бұрын
What are your thoughts on infrared? They usually only go up to 140-150 degrees Fahrenheit, Dr. Ronda Patrick in her studies says to use sauna that goes to 180 degrees

Great video. What’s your opinion on Monaco - 6 Person Near Zero EMF FAR Infrared Sauna? That’s the one I’m looking at
@stevemelton3619 Жыл бұрын
While I am a big believer in emf dangers, I challenge one to measure it by their tv, router, electric panel, appliances and it is everywhere. I suspect many can’t afford the best ones with lowest emf, but overall benefits of using a far sauna still better than none. For years the saunas all had high emf and they worked. If someone Carrie’s their phone around and always around wireless, do they think they will see a difference to take a 30 min break while using sauna to be in an e,f free. Don’t get me wrong, I a, very careful around emf and try to stay away from wireless as much as possible. I also put filters on electric system to clean up dirty electricity. There are some factory direct with lifetime warranty. I want nothing fancy but just basic and dependable. If money was no issue, I would definitely buy one of the best ones but I care about sweating and not being exposed to crunch of chemicals. I do believe this guy does a great job. People need to do their research and sort thru the nonsense. Do I really need chromotherapy? I can live without it. I do believe so many ask this man some questions which demonstrate they haven’t done their homework

When you are making a sauna, just shield the wires in electrical conduit. Have you tried cinder blocks for a permanent outdoor sauna? The cinder blocks should be great insulation or bricks. Where do I buy the infrared elements? I live in Mexico and labor is cheap. I want to build a sauna and I don't need a built-in thermometer. I can put an oven thermometer in it. Thanks.

Help Looking to buy.. im about 30 videos into this topic.. im completely new. Here's the dumb question... Why should I even care about emf in my sauna.. in this industry this is the first and only time im hearing this word. ( Emf) . Isn't emf literally every where in my house.. .. I have a wife and 3 children.. we all have phones laptops and other devices. And to be honest we usually run all this things at the same time.. for hours.. is the sauna emf different then the rest of everything else. Why does this emf thing seems to be a bigger issue in the sauna world..

thanks much for this video..... so is it worth buying a full spectrum sauna from any of the sauna companies in terms of healing as well as detox and safety or should I only go for far-infrared sauna? Hight Tech Health recommends that there has been studies that near infrared saunas are dangerous to health and only stick with far-infrared sauna. Any thoughts/suggestions please?

Where can I have a sauna built like a bench in which you can lie in.? I have a 13 year old cedar Sauna that still works great, but I would like one built for apartment living. I envision it to double as a sitting bench when not in use. It might feel like a coffin for some, so I can understand why it is not easily found anywhere in my search.

Hi Matt. My first video of yours was last night - the 5 minute one where you talked about how some people take 6 months to a year researching saunas! (Raising my hand because I'm almost guilty of that!). I do have a question for you - - I have RA (arthritis) and need a sauna fairly quickly - My husband and I live in a fairly small house yet it has 4 bathrooms. We want to take the small one (toilet and sink only) and convert it into a sauna. Do you have any recommendations on where to buy the heaters? (we have a call into Radiant Health - but they weren't encouraging saying they only sell the kits). My husband is very handy, but we want the best lights and we would need to purchase a glass door and build the benches etc.
@matt-justice4 жыл бұрын
Hi Ann, no it's going to be pretty hard for you to do that affordably. Most companies that sell kits want an arm and a leg for a heater kit. The hardest part is getting the electronics, but you could build a dry/steam sauna fairly easily if you can get 220 to the room.
