Well she has a great voice and is a good performer (you can´t deny that). Also she has sold a lot of records both solo and with Destiny´s child. She is one of the few acts that have had bigger succes solo than with a group. She has also won over 20 Grammy´s and she was the first woman to win 6 awards in one night, which is now tied with Adele. Just to name a few of reasons to why people love her and talks a lot about her. :)
