👉 Ingredients
1 medium apple, 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter (50g), 2 to 3 tbsp natural honey, 50g coconut (1/2 cup), 200g whole wheat flour (1+1/3 cup), Pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder
👉 preparation instructions
- Mix the apple and the egg in the blender until you obtain a smooth mixture
- Gradually add the flour
- the dough should be sticky
- let the dough absorb for 10 to 15min before rolling it out
- the thinner the dough, the crispier the biscuits
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350F) for 30 to 35 minutes
