On a mass airflow sensor car, a vacuum leak would trip a lean code, not a rich code. It would trip a rich code on a vehicle that runs off a MAP sensor without a mass airflow sensor.

Great video, I have this exact thing going on in my van. Need to change spark plugs tho for sure, had a vacuum leak from the brake booster map sensor may be next

Oil caps not on all the way.. Will leak like crazy like that, we get it all the time on those after quick lube places have done an oil changes.

There are many many reasons for an engine light. Definitely if you drive a BMW or Audi.
