There's a similar stall in chandni chowk market (kolkata not delhi) where we used to go during college days, I went alone after 4 yrs, and the owner asks me "dusra wala bhai kaha h?" P.S. It tastes much better with kashundi (especialy in winters).

I could almost feel the unique taste of "dim toast" with chaat masala sprinkled on top, took me back to good old days in Kolkata. I don't think I have seen any egg toast made with this kind of bread (called "quarter bread" in Kolkata) and then finished with chaat masala sprinkled on it, anywhere outside WB. The combination is heaven! I don't have anything to say about the hygiene though 😅.. which is true for any street food, not just this one.
