Concerning the alpacas: Was there a sign or something stating that you can feed them? Please do not feed any animals without talking to the owners. even if the food is generally safe for the animal you don't know it's diet/if it has food sensivities. I've seen quite a few of horses getting sick after they've been fed by well-meaning people. That being said, I'm happy you even think about what would be safe for the alpaca to eat.

A lot of my friends have lost horses due to people feeding them and them having laminitis or chushings etc.. luckily my boy wasnt very trusting with new people- he'd rather bite there hand off 😂 but definitely. +1 to this and if any animal is on grass PLEASE do not take grass clippings from your garden for them to eat!! It likely will give them colic and they can die 🥺 xxx

I visited London for the first time a few months ago, and watching your videos gives me immediate serotonin. I honestly miss the city, the atmosphere, and everything about it. The only thing I didn’t enjoy were some of the people who were just so beyond rude, but I guess you meet people like that everywhere. I‘m not sure if this is available in the UK but I like [Anessa Sunscreen]. It’s a Japanese sunscreen which is popular here in Japan. It’s waterproof and non oily so it actually lasts a long time and I never have to reapply it. I apply it in the morning and it just lasts the whole day since it’s sweat proof too.

For sun cream I'll list some I've heard good things about. Kao Biore UV, Kose Suncut UV perfect gel, supergoop unseen sunscreen etc. There are so many online with great reviews so it might be worth looking at what you think will suit your face best.

Heyy Taz i suggest trying out like CBD Mints for sleep, depending on the mg (like around 15-20mg) it will help you relax so you can fall asleep faster and stay asleep, not sure about the regulations of CBD within London but I suggest giving it a try for like a week to see how you feel 😌

My hands-down favorite sunscreen is the Biore Watery Essence chemical sunscreen from Japan. It's slightly alcohol-based, but it goes on with the smoothest finish and doesn't sweat off that much requiring more frequent applications. Though it does have alcohol in it, it doesn't seem to irritate me at all.
