Hey guys! Just to clear up the money spending in this video - in my last vlog I had a budget of 87p and I only spent 71p which meant I had 16p left over. I basically carried that money over to the next day. I should've mentioned it in the vlog, my mistake. It's all a bit confusing but I promise I'm sticking to the budget and will only spend £7 or less by the end of the week. Hope that clears things up! Thanks for watching, only 2 more days to go! :)

Some tips: 1. Lidl bread tends to become stale when it's left in its bag. I usually put it in an additional plastic bag. Also you should heat up the bread. 2. After opening a can of food you should always empty the rest into another container. 3. Forks and non-stick pans do not pair well. 4. You now have eggs, bread and milk. You can make French Toast. 5. Sometimes Lidl has cheap frozen fruits/vegetables. Maybe you will find something in the frozen section Keep up the challenge. it's fun to watch and you seem to put a lot of work into it :)

Choko Pocky saying now twice on number 4 is a bit repetitive lol

YES! Put your bread in a bag or container so no air will get to it, because it will dry it out. And leaving your food in a can (especially if it is not lined with plastic) can make the can rusty. Also using metal in a non-stick pan will ruin your pan and the teflon that can end-up in your food is very toxic.

To soften bread you place it in a microwave for 10 to 15 seconds with a glass of water beside it so it won't toast and turn harder. 🥖🍞💧like so Taz could see plz. I love you btw Taz ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️
@athomewithnika64596 жыл бұрын
Get your bread wet with water mist or literally wash it under running water and put in the oven or microwave. That will make it soft again.

I love these videos and they are really insightful- this topic really needs to be addressed! Quantity and quality of food that you purchase are the first to suffer at times of financial strain. Families on a low income aren't able to afford enough fresh food such as fruit, vegetables and protein- they are more concerned on hunger and what can fill them up the cheapest over what is high in nutrients, understandably! The government are trying to tackle obesity/malnutrition by increasing sugary foods etc by pennies when they really should be educating! :) Good job Taz!

Hey taz got three things to say, 😂 so you shouldn’t use a metal fork u should use a wooden spoon! 2nd: dont keep food in their cans because it can release lots of germs! And btw u can just warm up the bread with some butter on it put it in the microwave or the oven and then it will be soft! Xx

Taz please can you make more series like this, I really enjoy these 😘😘😘😘 Edit : With the bread being hard, before eating it put water on it and then put t in the oven and it will be soft affffff Also what you could eat is crisp sandwich : so you have two slices of bread and cheese and onion crisp put butter on the bread and then or the crisps on it then close the bread and TAAAADAAAA crisp sandwich people Your welcome 😇🙏🏻
