@@briannawaldorf8485 not everything is as it seems or wears itself on it's sleeve. your theory is an obvious conclusion, although it is completely wrong. you make 2 fatal assumptions; 1.)a very common, albeit narcissistic assumption; you think you are the majority, or at minimum, representative of the majority. 2.)you assume the majority is the target audience. neither of those things have to be true. what you are not seeing is the economy of scale involved with scams. they aren't selling fucking toothpaste, right? they don't need to sell 2 million unit of it in a year...they don't need 12% clickthrough rates...they don't need 5% activation engagement numbers. no, no, no. if they get the attention of 1/100th of a percent, the scammers could be achieving their goals. the scammers only need a couple hundred people to respond out of hundreds of thousands...and then might only need a handful of those people to actually go through with the scam to be profitable.

As a person with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who takes Tremfya which is a different but similar injectable biologic treatment to the ad you saw I have to say, they are truly miracle drugs that have basically saved my life by reducing the inflammation internally that plaque psoriasis causes which can cause heart attacks as well as making me comfortable being around other people not completely covered head to toe in clothes due to the ugly plaques that had covered my arms and legs. It’s amazing stuff and I recommend them to any psoriasis sufferers.
