Jeffrey Herbstman is Samantha Woll's ex-boyfriend. They dated for about a year, from August 2022 to July 2023, before her death. He first took the stand Monday at the trial of Woll's alleged killer. His testimony continued Tuesday morning. Michael Jackson-Bolanos is standing trial for murder and other charges in June in connection with the Oct. 21, 2023, stabbing of Woll at her home.

I never heard of this until today, and happened to watch quite a bit, and this is the most blatantly stupid case I've seen, this guy is plain as day guilty and it's utterly absurd to think the black guy did it. Think about it audience why did it take so long to find this other guy but he was right there and he confessed and they let him go he was on drugs many people do crimes while on drugs and they are locked up right now and there are some who do drugs and are very innocent and they find people to put the blame on that's why they have what we call the innocent project plan to help those who are truly innocent
