Custom icons were previously available only at the Space level. We're excited to now offer this features for Lists as well! 🙌

Yet we still can't sort subtasks in the list view. It's been a request for 4 years but, y' know, icons are fun.

We're happy to share that subtasks can already be sorted in List view, as long as you adjust your view settings to show subtasks as separate tasks! If your subtasks are expanded but not shown as separate tasks, they will always appear directly beneath the parent task in the sorting order. ✨

@@ClickUpProductivity Respectfully, please take a look at the feature request pages for more information. You can sort them in the task but when you go back to the list view it ignores the sorting. It's been just round the corner for years. I'm a huge fan and I just want clickup to get better. Take 1 smart engineer off the AI team for less than a week and it'll be done. ​@@ClickUpProductivity@ClickUpProductivity Do you seriously think that keeping all subtasks as separate tasks is comfortable? The main idea of the task is to be inside the task, not outside. Sorry, but your advice is useless.

Thank you for clarifying the behavior you are experiencing! When testing this, we found that if subtasks are manually re-ordered in the parent task the same manually-arranged order will be reflected in the List view when subtasks are expanded but not displayed as separate tasks. If the order of your subtasks in your List view is not consistent with how they appear in the parent task, please submit a bug report through our Help Center chatbot. Yes, we're happy to report that our Product team is actively working on our Microsoft Teams integration and will be ready to roll out the updates soon! This refresh will bring a user-friendly connection via the ClickUp App Center, ClickUp actions within MS Teams, link previews for ClickUp items in MS Teams, and sending ClickUp actions and activities as MS Teams messages. 2. An integration with MS Dynamics is not currently on our roadmap, but some other users have expressed interest in this addition as well. @@ClickUpProductivity Clear, thanks for the info! By chance any third party tool you'd recommend for connecting Dynamics? Or is creating a connection ourself via Power automate / Make / Zapier / or the API the best way to go?

We recommend either Make or Zapier for setting up custom automations with ClickUp! We double-checked and it looks like Make supports Microsoft Dynamics on their Enterprise plan and Zapier supports it on their Pro plan.

Every day, I appreciate the development you make, but unfortunately, despite the great updates to the infrastructure, the guest experience is still very poor, at least in my workplace. I have emailed you several times, and people from your team have communicated with me. Unfortunately, some problems still affect me and my team. As a guest, names do not appear in some places, pictures do not appear in some places, and the changes are slow to reach guests! . It seems like you want to force us, in one way or another, to turn the guests into members. However, if you continue this approach, we might eventually switch to another tool. Again, I am obsessed with your platform, but my projects, business, and the smooth workflow for my team are more important than the platform.🙏
