Lots of good information. I mirrored your examples while you were explaining them (as I learn best by doing). If your not a project manager or familiar with that discipline, the content presented may feel overwhelming. I love that you are straight to the point which keeps my attention. I did pause and "rewinded" some areas. I understand why some think you are moving too fast (I like the pace!). Thanks for creating this, very helpful.

Thank you for the feedback! ClickUp is a dense tool so it's hard to offer a short tutorial. That's why we have full training courses to help with setting everything up! I'm glad it was helpful! 🙂

THE most helpful, up to date tutorial I've found so far. Thank you! Can you create a folder within a folder? For example, I have multiple projects with each client...I have a folder for each client and would like to create a subfolder for each project but that doesn't seem to work. What would you recommend?

You can't currently create a folder within a folder. We'd recommend that projects be separate lists in your client folders.

Can you share and give access to members of your team for just one folder? Like a crew that goes into the field could download this app and only access their daily jobs folder where the dump all those documents?

Yes, you can have folders that are private to just a specific team or specific people.

Hi, I created few custom fields in a specific list only. It's only at the list level. But, the fields are appearing in other fields repeatedly. I removed them from that undesired location several times. Still those reappear. Please help. What to do

Hmm, that may be a ClickUp bug. Have you contacted ClickUp support?
