Great description and walkthrough! Next time, make sure to increase the volume of your video up to a ceiling of around -3dB or so before posting. This one was a bit quiet...

Thank you for the feedback! Much appreciated. 🙂 When I did research on db the advice to have the voice at -6 came up frequently but maybe my voice, in particular, would be better at -3. I'll try it out!

Sometimes having too many features is also a confusing factor for a new user. I find Clickup cluttered with an extreme amount of functionality; Trello is too minimal, and Asana fits best.

I agree, it's possible to have too many features.! We've had clients come in excited about ClickUp based on a recommendation. After a conversation or two some come to realize they wouldn't like or use all the features.

Can one user be isolated to a specific project on click up? Cos in Asana you need a pro account.

Yes! You can set privacy and sharing permissions for all lists, folders, spaces...on all plans. On the Business Plus, you can go pretty granular with them too like limiting who can add views, edit tags, edit columns, etc.
