Hi, is there any way that we can print out or, at least, make a pdf of the process flow we've made?

It's not currently possible to export or natively print a Whiteboard, but it's a great idea! We'd love to see your vote for this feature here: bit.ly/3Lu1saL In the meantime, you can still print your Whiteboards! On a Mac, use Command+P and on a PC, use Control+P, which will give you the option to save the Whiteboard as a PDF. 🙌

Great question! Whiteboards are available on all ClickUp plans, but the number you can create in a single Workspace varies depending on the plan. Our Free Forever Plan allows 3 Whiteboards, our Unlimited Plan allows 10 Whiteboards, and our Business Plan and above allow unlimited Whiteboards! ✨

If my mind-map is spread too far out, is there a way to centralize it without losing the data or having to redo it? (not sure how but it got spread out to a point where I can scroll to the top or bottom for 10 whole minutes and still not get to the rest of my map)

Whiteboards aren't available on the mobile app just yet. The mobile app was released with a limited set of core features to get it into our users' hands faster, and our Product team is constantly working to improve it and add more features! It will eventually reach near-feature parity with our web and desktop app, but this will take time. Whiteboards can't be exported at this time, but we'd love to see your vote for this feature here: bit.ly/3JrvVFg ✨ In the meantime, here are two options for a workaround: Option 1: On a Mac, use Command+P and on a PC, use Control+P, which will give you the options to save the Whiteboard as a PDF. Option2: Please note that you will need the Chrome Extension to complete this workaround. 1. Use the Chrome extension to take a screenshot of the Whiteboard 2. Attach the screenshot to a task 3. Download the task attachment as a PNG file

I just signed up today! Do you know when Whiteboards will be available as a public share link? Also there seems to be a bug when a guest views a specific whiteboard for the first time, the whiteboard content isn't centred on their screen.

I really wish “noise/music wasn’t included in the video. Since when do we need something other than the person speaking. Very irritating especially since this wasn’t even soft music. Had to stop watching video
