Nah bro. I’m so sick of hearing this every time a client isn’t happy with a cut. 99% of the time a client isn’t happy with the cut it’s due to either a bad consultation or the consultation was good but the barbers style of cutting isn’t what the client was looking for. You will rarely get the scum bag that just doesn’t want to pay but that’s such a rare occasion Id say it’s 1 out 100 at most. When a client isn’t happy, best thing you can do is ask them what it was they didn’t like about it so you can try to improve on that area in the future.

Wrong. Refund them and also invite them back to fix it or have someone else in the shop fix it. Like that they know you tried with max effort and that they can try other barbers in the shop. Not "don't come back if he don't like it".

Some clients are hard to please. Probably better he cut ties and move on. Personally if I didn't like how a barber cut my hair. I wouldn't go back. I wouldn't text him and voice my displeasure. Lots of other barbers out there . I've been to many crappy barbers in my life and if I didn't like the cut I didn't go back.
