There was roughly a 2mm wide dent there, this required a massive amount of infill.. this was actually the part of the video that wasn’t supposed to make it😂 I have dozens of clips that go into videos. Took me about 5 seconds to lap it and polish it out small divet was taken care of

Yes, I couldn’t see it with the naked eye as you can see in the video I noticed it under the macro lens once I got them wiped down after picking them up. Tiny divet, quick lap and buff and poof it’s gone it was a huge dent in there!

A watch can only be polished 4 times in its lifetime. I think this is an OVER statement unless your watch is completely trashed with dings and scratches

I think he's 100% on point, you have to remember when done correctly 4 times is a lot, when done incorrectly and you grind out a ding you just removed so much material that your lugs are almost gone haha

@Peterpic a professional will not try to remove dings. Polishing should be limited to returning shine and luster in addition to removing light blemishes. No need to remove metal, dings and deep scratches should be either laser welded or left alone.
