Why are you misleading people by saying that the land you are selling has c of o. You can still sell without such claims. It is the government that issues c of o, not developers.

This land has a C of O that was issued by the Enugu government.. you can call or WhatsApp me on 08147042804 to see the Certificate of Occupancy. C of O is a certificate issued by government to individuals as a proof of ownership to a land. And it can be gotten for a plot or a layout. When I say a land comes with a c of o, I don’t mean that the developer is issuing C of O, I mean the land itself already has a C of O. Thank you as you understand better 👍🏾
