Hey guys, What do you think of the Residence? Are the buildings worth the price or not?

Thank God it does not have open gutters! This is such an improvement that I'll hold of on any criticism...Ok just one suggestion. It will look better if painted in neutral earth colors (light tan, light yellow etc)

One thing i have noticed is the usual error in Nigerian estates that pay little or no attention to tree planting along the streets and in front of houses. If you happen to reach these people let them understand that the ONLY difference between a conducive, luxurious residential environment and a hostile, barren and ugly environment are TREES and FLOWERS!
@Chiefvera4 жыл бұрын
You're right. Some home owners have put that in place.
@Goforit2nite3 жыл бұрын
She just explained that the owners are left to design as they choose. There are a lot of comments on trees by people who are comparing these new estates to established areas. Even here in Atlanta builders clear land and the home owners plant as they please. In 15 years the place will have mature plantings. What is missing and should be the focus of criticism is a park/common green area for relaxation/picnics etc.
@joem5513 жыл бұрын
They sell mediocrity. The place where the bungalows are looks like a modern prison yard or a concentration camp, no design at all. The duplexs seem ok. It is better for them to build the streets and and beautify it with trees and glasses, and then sell the lands to people with certain specifications of the houses to be built there. They should also give them a time period to build houses in their lands or lose it afterwards. The owners can build the type of houses they choose in accordance with the specifications given to them.

Nice content. I think the price is competitive and ok. Lots of estates are springing up in Enugu and most don’t pay attention to greenery. This one looks different. No wonder most of my friends have made down payments here. I heard they operate a mortgage system. They should hasten work on the roads around the plots. I look forward to hitting here by Dec. #Akuruoulo

Development is good, but half of it isn’t good enough. I don’t know why everything that happens in Nigeria especially in the eastern part always terms to be done differently? 🤷♂️... air port was recently commissioned half completed, now Residential apartment. It is high time we start demanding for satisfaction, not just come and provide what you like! An uncompleted apartments that has completed prices, requires no praises at all!!! That is day time Robbery! I don’t even know if there will be a time in Nigeria when things will start functioning well like every other part of the world? 🤷♂️The leadership in Nigeria is all about exploitations, service providers, the clergies, police, everyone are just after how to scheme the masses. Consumers protection in Nigeria if any should wake up to the vulnerable masses protection. I have been following estate development in other parts of the country, Especially in Lagos & Abuja... this type of 80% completions is very strange there. Why must we all the time being subjected to substandard? In as much as we are happy about the development, we shouldn’t let ourselves be over excited and allow anything goes... that will give room to these unscrupulous companies coming up in the area in the of development to be robbing people with impunity. Kindly pass this message to them, tell them that I said 80% completed residential apartments isn’t good enough. they must complete everything with the same design and charge one price. That is what development is all about. When that is done, people from all works of lives can be easily wooed into the area for investment I thank you.

Very sinful and wicked to take over people's ancestral lands and only inheritance and sell it to rich people while the owners of the land are rendered homeless, farmless and destitute. All these stupid estates will be demolished in due time, the land given back to its owners and the buyers money refunded. Ndi oshi, forming Ndi ocha.

Our population is growing very fast . I thought at this time, we should be building high rises in Nigeria. Rather than building this match box. Why aren’t we moving with time in Nigeria.
@joymoses28254 жыл бұрын
High rise is for downtown locations in big cities. Residential homes- detached, semi- detached and townhouses in western countries are found minutes away from downtown. Downtown's are usually hubs with skyscrapers/tall aesthetic buildings some are for offices/ businesses, others are condominiums and apartment residences. Heliu is not in downtown Enugu. It's residential neighborhood to be provided with amenities such as hotel, shopping mall, hospital and recreation centers. Before you castigate anything, get your facts right.
