We use bananas instead if the biscuits. just cut a slit down the skin, open up and shove in marshmallows and choc buds.Wrap in foil and cook, open up and spoon out leaving the skin behind. Aussie smores lol

Its funny because he actually thought it was a bit grubby at that point lol... He's quite particular with the Ziggy! Their van looks great, they have had a couple of teething issues but that happens with every van in the beginning. This is their first trip and they were only 5 weeks in from new.

We were at this exact spot a few months ago, no weed, beautiful mornings clear flat water but bit windy in the afternoon. Loved it will be back on our southern trek back to the South Coast. We were the only one in sight, loved it. Come in off the main road at Cliff Head (central), we have 24ft semi off road no issues.

Oh that’s great guys! It really is a killer spot hey, probably one that not enough people visit due to negative reviews with the $20 price on wiki! We really enjoyed our time, thaw weed didn’t bother us too much as it was all dried out and had no smell ☺️

It’s so different!! We’ve had to adjust that’s for sure. It’s only an hour difference but it catches you out when you first try to go at 10am!

We were the same, we’ve always avoided s’mores because we thought that they’d be addictive but also scared of burning them in the fire pit! On the Ziggy it really is such a controlled environment so you can’t stuff it up! good luck with your Ziggy and s’more cooking! You’re going to love it! WOW! What a lovely place Cliff Heads is. Cheryl has got her UGG boots on minus 6 here last night😒. I think we will give S'mores a miss but Hob Nobs are something else. Great to see the kids having a great time and you two relaxing. Take care for now xx

Hey guys, we didn’t really explain what we did but we did remove all the stickers when we were at Kununurra. Some of the red decals were really starting to wear and we’ve been meaning to order more but we never seem to be somewhere long enough to plan it! since having them off for awhile now, we’ve come to like the van without them! It’s so clean and tidy!

Another awesome episode, 100% agree the people you are with can make or break a trip or site. In regards to skipping the Coral Coast, you have to do what works for you. For an adults version you could use chilli chocolate or as you rest them put some chocolate or coffee liqueur or Bailey's on the top n let it soak in. Check out Horrock's beach, Greenough n Cervantes on the way down also

Tell me about it! The first weekend we were here we rocked up at the shops at 10 am and got to the door only to realise they weren’t even open yet! I wonder why they do that over here? It really is quite annoying when you need to get in early LOL

The north end was once the main campsite with the entrance road right next to the old toilet. The shire opened up the south side and put all the facilities down there. We still love the north end as it is usually quiet. You used to be able to drive straight through from the north end to the centre and then go up over the hill to the south end but the sea has gradually eaten the coast away. Where we once used to park is now actually in the water :) Looks like most of the old fishing shacks and the jetty have gone too... wow so many changes since we were last there. We didn't mind the fee! I think a few of the locals were grumpy as they used to come all the time for free without facilities and now they come and still don't use the facilities but have to pay, I get it I guess!

Hey guys another great episode,where have you got the gas to the ziggy connected to,the hose goes up the tunnel boot, does the hose crimp over when the slide is in.p/s the front of the van seems to be slightly high at the front and the car a smidge low at the back or was it just the way the angle of the camera was,regards

The gas connects to the connection under the tunnel boot opening. We have drilled a hole through the floor of the van inside the tunnel boot and siliconed so that it can remain connected all the time. There is enough room that it slides in without kinking. 🙂 As for ride heights I think it may have been angle related? It usually sits really well on level ground. 😁

I think you are reading into it a little much. But from my perspective I much prefer the food shopping sometimes too. Remember we never have alone time in a van and shopping is actually quite peaceful when you go by yourself. ☺️
