When I was 16 my 3 friends and I went to Butlins Filey. We were working class girls so this was a great adventure. There were music machines around the walkways and we could play our favourites. Cliff was it. I'm now 81 and still love him and all he means to me and my memories.

We always knew Sir Cliff was innocent. We defended Sir Cliff online, there is simply no other person we would have the confidence to defend. I can't imagine the hell he went through. We prayed a lot for his exoneration. If you read this, Sir Cliff, you are a blessing. You, like The Queen, have always been there as we grew up and through our lives.I'm so thankful for that steadiness.

Do you think that Cliff has ever repented of his adultery with Carol Costa? I do hope so because it hurt Jet Harris and it helped to break up his marriage with Carol when Cliff put the bone in. Soon after he split from The Shadows and went solo, although years later Jet was never invited to take part in The Shadows reunion tour. It’s clear that Cliff highly values his friendships.

Why do people feel the need to delve into his sexuality? He brings out good music for us to enjoy, and that should be enough. It's really no one's business. A private life is called private for a reason. Great artist, humble man.

I tend to agree. Speaking to my gay make friends I hear this a lot. Historically because of so much intolerance towards gays some felt that was the only thing society was judging them on - others felt forced into silence. Intolerance kills. Just leave the guy alone - whatever his sexuality

Piers is a genuinely huge fan of our Cliff. I recall he sampled 400 new songs back in 2018 for the Rise Up album so let's hope we have a stack of new material albums to follow. He remains unquestionably the world's greatest ever male solo recoding artist and Elvis fans need to get real.

Piers needs to pull his head in. For Cliff to not have had his heart broken just means that he's never allowed himself to fully fall for someone. His way is better than those who marry but aren't mature enough to fully commit so become a divorce statistic.

What a great interview about Cliff life story. What a full and interesting life. Pierce Morgan is also great hosts. As for BBC God is bringing justice to them. The sting is always starting from the top and this chanel is becoming more and more irrelevant with their manipulated fake news. They still fave good cooking and home renovations channels but as for the rest not many people bother with BBC anymore. 🤗💕

I managed to watch this video properly. It hits you emotionally. He is a sweet honest man who had a dream. In bringing it to pass, he never hurt anybody except to be honest. He is single minded. He has his faith in Jesus that helps in overcome and accomplish well in things he set out to do. He has blessed the world, the needy and children. For that God has blessed him tremendously. Always love and support Sir Cliff.❤❤❤

I am gay. As, I suspect, Cliff is too. We can't fully grasp how the media would have destroyed him if he came out as a young man. He's on record as saying very kind things about his gay friends and fans. He is a good egg. Plenty of other people in the world worthy of criticism before Cliff.

@@manichairdo9265 If he was willing to dump his girlfriend because of the fear of losing fans, coming out as gay would create the same fear. I honestly think he stayed in the closet so he wouldnt risk losing fans. I think its obvious he is gay. Straight men dont want to be a "mystery" or "enigma"

Maybe the complexity around his sexuality might be due to his age, Fan base and being Christian. Yet coming out did not harm Elton John. Similar age. In some ways similar appeal and respect. If he felt he had to be closeted that is too sad. Terrible about the sex abuse claims too
