There are alot of people who can freestyle like this, to some degree. Yet they can rap only from people throwing words or just go entirely off the dome, or use objects around them. Harry mack can flip through record albums in a fleamarket and rap about that. This is a learned skill, with 10,000+ hours behind him, and complementary skills such as drums and keyboard and reading alot. One slightly unrelated "magic trick" that perhaps is relevant yet less related, involves piano players who perform at restaurants, bars or wherever. You ever wonder how they can basically play almost any popular song that people request? Because they have an alphabetized cheat book, that has short form handwriting to remind them of the chords and melodies. And if they have heard the song a few times, then they can essentially cover the song from memory. Harrymack probably uses a beat he has heard once before most of the time, and the first few notes remind him of the structure of the entire beat. He also has rapped on people beatboxing and beats provided by others tho. So he can definitely still go in blind in regards to unknown music, so long as the rhythm isnt absurdly odd or something.
