Maybe your dad (and you?) would enjoy the video of a drummer doing "rap god" on his drum-kit. It really shows well what Eminem actually DOES to people who are more instrument-oriented like your dad is. Also, the video is so amazing! Also-also, your dad has a point about the visuals! This was still MTV-era and the video was what got most people actually interested in the song. It's a great music-video, too, so he's right to be distracted ;-) Edit: I just checked and MMLP 2 came out in 2014. What?? I was so sure I remember seeing this video on TV during university-times but at that year, I was long gone from there. Where the hell have I seen it then!??! It never actually occured me that no one else can follow the lyrics because Em's annunciation, as FAST as he is rapping is still absolutely 100% perfect. I can hear every word and phrase but yes, I'm a fan, have been since before I had my first adult daughter so it's been two decades now. I didn't realise people had to hone their ears in .
