@@Cliffieland Hi again, i have watch the recipes, i am Georgian, first of all thank u! thanks a lot! but there were some mistakes, i only permit to state them to improve your skills, please dont mind 1) there is nothing such as 5 spice bland in geogian quizine: only 3 spices: marigold, fenugreek and coriander seeds go well with almost every dish (equal portins) 2. the kgachapuri dough would have been perfect if it was softer, u should put more milk. 3) we dont use turmoric in walnut sauce, neither lemon, instead of goes marigold leaves and white vine vinegar, no black pepper in sauce as well. 4) we never marinade chiken in anyrging, because we have so namy sauces, very ofter we put fried chicken inside the saices, like walnut sauce 4) if u cant find marigold better skip it then use any substitution, because u will simply not get Georgian flavor. Overall still, 4 globes out of 5 for ur effort!
