@@RuthCrilly I wish! Sadly not. 😆. I'm from Plymouth and go there as often as I can. Park at Aymer Cove and walk to burgh island and back. My dog is water obsessed so that walk involves 3 beaches and a stream. His heaven.

I thought I saw you in the village last week! You walked past my house on the way to the beach. The building of Clifftop house has been amazing to watch - such a difficult plot to build in. It looks fantastic.

A beautiful property 🤩. It can be difficult to find beautiful locations with incredible accommodations for big groups. And that view! I certainly see what you mean by how the view is spared from the weather.

Yes, a lot of them seem to cater for mass and so are too small and crowded for the group they advertise being able to fit in. That feels distinctly un-luxurious!
