@@ElviraMarieChang You're welcome. Regarding Topic yes please. If you have insights on Gallups Clifton StrengthsExplorer for kids. The assessment gallup explain as.... Each child is gifted in their own extraordinary way. Help them find, name and grow their natural talents. Designed for children aged 10-14, this online assessment gives kids the chance to discover their talents at an early age. Any overall insights the assessment and how parents should go about the discussion with their child about their results.

I love how you provided the example of adaptability and communication for spontaneous speaking as well as the colors analogy--that our talents work together. How would futuristic work with communication, activator, strategic, or ideation? How can you choose what talent theme to put in the spotlight?

Thank you, and GREAT questions! I don't want to assume what that would look like for you. I prefer for you to reflect, and tell me what it looks like for you (at the moment 😉). After exploring what they look like for you now, you can then experiment with Stretching it. But to try to answer, I can easily imagine that the other themes will be flavored by Futuristic asking "Where will this lead?" or "Where could this lead?"

As for answering "How to choose which Talent Theme to put in the spotlight", I recommend first exploring a situation through the lens of each Talent Theme individually. Usually when we look at things, we just look at the situation. Take a step back and say "How does my Futuristic see it?", "How does my Communication see this?", and so on. You'll likely see options that never had the chance to bubble up before. You could also ask: "How do (pick any 2 Talent Themes) see this together?" You may find combinations that don't usually get to work together, because other combos take up all the air. With these new options, you can then choose which approach(es) you want to try.
