Thank you so much for taking us to places we would otherwise never see! I truly like how you think, the places you go to, your willingness to take the time to show us this. How beautiful! How inspiring! As soon as I'm done typing this I'm going to go to my easel, whip out a canvas and start painting! The colours are magnificent! Thanks again! You are the best of all the travelers I watch.

Very impressive Chris. It interested me that the vegetation within the volcanoes seemed to be in just one area, perhaps the side that gets the warmest part of the day and most sun. You have a knack of making us feel like we're there with you Chris. Thank you! Wish I could be.

Simply amazing. Can't believe there are no valuable minerals to be found in these enormous craters. But then imagine how quickly the raw beauty of these natural features would be destroyed if gold was discovered inside one of these. I definitely hope to travel to Iceland one day - preferably in the fall as depicted here. You should get paid by the government of Iceland for promoting tourism. Excellent work.

Eldborg means fire stronghold. (fire fort, fire castle) Volcano or not, all that fiery vegetation makes it aptly named. Exquisitely beautiful when the whole landscape looks on fire. Much appreciated.

Eldborg is a compound word (as so many names are in Icelandic). The two words it is combined from, are "Eld" and "borg". Eld is the icelandic word for Fire and borg is the icelandic word for city. So, the crater´s name would be Firecity in English. I thing that the "city" i.e. borg is because of those walls that formed all around the crater... like a fort. You say it is autumn in Iceland now... No it is actually winter. It could be used as a "proof" of climate change.. It is winter but the temperature is 0-4°C and has not (yet) dropped under the 0¨degrees (when water starts to freeze)

Greetings from Nevada, USA . Thank you for taking us with you on this neat explore , love the Drone video . I can't understand why anyone would want to OWN a Volcano except as a Tourist destination , but then to let people freely visit it without charging admission doesn't make sense . And , owning a Volcano carries it's own liability in the event that if it should ever erupt and damage someone elses property , they could be sued for damages .

I heard one report of volcanic activity in Askja, Iceland. I know you were to the north the other day in an area that was steaming a lot. If the report was serious you would have known about it by now. The scenery here is beautiful, and for you to walk into the smaller crater, are you nuts? lol. I see it's all dormant... for now lol. Safe travels, looking forward to your next video.
