CLIMBING MONT BLANC with DRONE 2018

June 2018 we climbed the Mont Blanc (FR) and Gran Paradiso (IT) with a team of 8 Dutch climbers and 2 France guides. We filmed the whole expedition and way to the top with a DJI Mavic Pro Drone and GoPro6 helmet camera.

Almost the same tour (and weather) as when I made summit to Mont Blanc. It was a long tour but definetly worth it. I didn't make summit to Gran Paradiso, we turned around because there was too many people on the last rocky part.

Ben V, the first peak is gran paradiso, the seccond peak is the Mont Blanc itself. Not sure if you could see the Matterhorn with a clear sky.

satish4446 Hi there, we used a Dutch organization called Mountain-Network and they used local French guides. However you can also just book your guide in Chamonix. The difficult part is arranging a place at one of the refuges. And train well! 💪

Pavel Vagunda the first place was the glacier of Mont Blanc and can be reached by train out of Chamonix. The part with the rocks is the couloir between tete rouge and dome the gouter before the summit. Cheers 🤙🏼

I have been there with 2 other friends like 2 months ago. I would recommend this mountain to all EXPERIENCED climbers/hikers only. It is dangerous as hell. But most beautiful hiking experience I have ever tasted. Go hikers, go!

I would say the trial between camp Tete Rousse and Gouter. Constantly falling stones at some parts of the route. Also, if you decide to hike to the summit from the Tete Rousse and then back to the Tete Rousse, you need to climb this trial at night.

Bernardo Veraco we have booked our expedition with the Dutch company Mountain-Network. However you can also book a local guide in Chamonix. However the problem is to arrange a Mountain hut. You should book that way upfront, but without knowing the conditions :(

DaSonTrip i used an ND4 and ND8 filter of DJI and tried to keep the shutterspeed around twice the amount of the FPS. Video settings: 1080P at 60FPS. Good luck!

Mooi om jou waardering en dat van andere bezoekers te lezen. Tips voor de Mont Blanc; duurtrainingen met bepakking, drink voldoende water (4L) en zorgt dat je materiaal op orde is dan gaat de toppoging zeker lukken! 💪

Unholy Motherfucker Ja cursus outdoor klimmen of beter nog alpinisme is wel fijn. Sowieso goed acclimatiseren, wij hebben Gran Paradiso beklommen ter acclimatisatie en de berghutten op tijd boeken! Wij zijn net terug gekomen van 6 weken West-Australië met een 4x4 en tent op het dak en weer wat gave beelden geschoten ;) En in Augustus nog een weekend de Zugspitze beklimmen. Succes met je voorbereiding 👊
