Kudos brother, I went this way and got some drone stuff but didn't have it in me to fly and climb that almost vertical bit at the same time. Well done.

The DJI Air Mavic made it easy, at full speed sport mode you still get 24mins out of one battery.

That looks dangerous

Yes and no. Stick to the paths and it's ok. But many people have died. :(

Really excellent footage. didn't recognize it at all. only when you mentioned SER in the comments. Took me 3 attempts, but i did it solo. angle of the drone makes it look truly terrifying

Hey Wade, how would you compare the last 300m of this Climb to Tibrogargan? you made it look easy but I've read many call this section Sketchy?
@piratewade4 жыл бұрын
Hard to compare really, by the time you've past the 4th and final false peak you are already running on reserves. In saying that very rarely are you that close to the edge with it in view to worry about it. There is one fun slab climb that is on par to trib's but it is shorter!

@@piratewade Wow, in the process of training and planning for a first attempt up Barney and was thinking up sth east and down peasants. After seeing that might give up and down peasants a go first up lol.

@@piratewade Damn you guys must be fit to do it in 6 hours. Is that up sth east and down peasants or up and down peasants?
@piratewade3 жыл бұрын
@@chuzeychuze9905 We run a hiking group and tend to push each other lol I suggest taking more time than we did but we got very lucky with great weather, nice dry tracks and 0 injuries.
