Hi there, as far as I remember 7th to 8th station is the longest stretch out of this trail. It might depend on your pace, I was really tired and got a little dizzy because of altitude sickness so I’d say it took me almost 2 hours to reach my hut at 8th station. Hope this helps.

Hello! Is Taiyokan Hut via subashiri trail located at 7th hut is possible if I am trekking the yoshida trail? I want to stay in a hut however only avail is that hut in their website

Hi! As I've checked, these two trails converge at some point at the 8th station, you could hike along Yoshida trail to reach your hut, but I'm afraid that you have to go back down where these two trails meet. And, I do not know how much further you would have to go back down to reach Tayokan. I have an image of a map that shows these trails, quality's not that good but it could be of any help. Sorry, this is all I have!
