You had a lot of variety to show with the rigging, felling, and climbing. Was fun to watch. I also like how you let your crew rib you about stuff and you don't get sour about it. I've never had a boss like that. Good job, man.

Ya, lots of variety. I have a couple more videos coming from that job site. The next one is cooler. 😉 I tried some things I've never done before. But before that I need to post another video of me and Guilty of Treeson working together. It should be next.

It's enjoyable to watch people at the top of their game and you certainly are and having a great time doing it. How long did it take you to feel comfortable hanging on ropes? I'm not talking about the rigging and arborist skills as that takes many years, just feeling comfortable swinging about in the riging. It took me ages to feel comfortable under a parachute. Your personality is so big and bubbly your youtube channel will grow very quickly.

It took a couple years of constant climbing to REALLY trust the gear/ropes.

Looks like a fun little grove of trees to take out. I think your helper needs to be a little more safety minded and step away from the tree a little after cutting it. Also not be in the direction of fall when someone else is dropping a tree. Anything can go wrong and safety is not third in this business.

Why didn’t you tie into another tree when you did the first one? If you were removing them anyways you could’ve limbed out the one you wanted to tie into, got a high point and been able to work safer. Cool stuff tho

The first maple was torn up, but still safe enough to climb. 👍

You gotta stop one handing that saw so much man, climb high and stay safe 👊
@VeteranTreeService23 күн бұрын
If I wanted to be half as good I would always use two hands. 😏

I'm going to add to my response for anyone else reading. Being able to safely one hand a top handle saw in your right and/or left hand while controlling/manipulating how a branch or log falls is a skill that can and should be developed. 👍
@TreeworxvdPloeg22 күн бұрын
@@VeteranTreeService Exactly. The top handle gives us the option where needed. But how and when is pure skill and experience. Again, de beste stuurlui staan aan wal😂
