Hey everyone! Join me for a chatty update during some days in my life as an nz nursing student on my final placement! This vlog is from week eight of my ten week community/district nursing placement, where I run my own clinic, work on my assessments in the uni library and just catch up with you all! hey there, how many days in a week did you need to attend in uni while doing nursing. Hope to listen from you soon. Lots of love.

Hi there! Thanks for watching my video! It really depended on whether I was on placement or doing lectures - during semester, lectures could be 2-5 days a week, and during placement, they could be 4-5 days a week, but the weekend was always left free. Hope this helps!

Do you about the average entry-level salary that RNs get in NZ?

This is what I got from the careers website, although it also depends on which ward/field/practice you work for: "Graduate registered nurses working for Te Whatu Ora usually earn $74,000 a year. ($76,000 from 1 April 2024.)" Hope this helps!
