I appreciate how you put this together it's full of information this can be use for other careers especially what questions you the person who is seeking a Job should ask .. how you market your self for a job can make a huge difference an how your employer looks at you..... also in a job there must be fexablity for the employee growth one should not just stuck just doing one niche an this should honored by every employer because the truth can be said must employer when the topic how flexible an potential employee is this always gear mostly to benefit the employer ... Hello ma'am, how are you doing? I thank you for all your helpful videos. I have a very urgent question. I applied for a In-House CRA position on January 10th for a major CRO company. But on January 25th they wrote back with this "You recently applied for the position of In House CRA Early Development ProgramThis is to bring to your kind attention that the IHCRA hiring is on pause owing to an official internal audit. I shall get back to you possibly in next few days soon once we resume back with the hiring process." And i replied a day later that i am waiting to hear back from them. It has been 2 and half weeks now since I got the email. What should I do now, because I'm getting really curious. Like what's going on? Do you have any clue as to what's going on? Do you think I am going to get the position? Do I wait for them to reply first? Also the title of the email is "position on hold" what do I do?

I think you need to know how to foster relationships with sites and be comfortable having hard conversations with doctors. if that’s not something u wanna do maybe another position that is less site focused. and yes it consist of lots of traveling

Yes it does BUT if you didn’t have that, it is hard to take PTO due to all the things that are due i.e reports and confirmation letters and everything in between. You can barely breathe sometimes
