Does K2 MK7 interfere with Warfarin?

When should you take warfarin if your meal contains a lot of vitamin K, is it similar to milk and thyroid meds interaction?
@clinicalnutritionuniversity2 жыл бұрын
I’m not aware of any research that suggests timing is of particular concern. Patients are usually just encouraged to be consistent with when they take it each day.

Could we like get a video on head and neck cancers? How to like decide whether a pt absolutely requires enteral nutrition intervention? What to keep in mind when deciding? Steps we can take before finally intervening with nutrition support?
@clinicalnutritionuniversity2 жыл бұрын
Is this 1 video that covers them all, or 4 separate videos for each topic?
@Rania-vh7wg2 жыл бұрын
@@clinicalnutritionuniversity honestly whatever you find easier for you? I just find it so hard to make final decisions especially that i am an intern. im doing my case study on head and neck cancer and this patient has h/o dysphagia and has been 0-25% since one month and moderate malnutrition as he has irritation when swallowing. SLP said he has the choice to eat or drink but isn't at risk for aspiration. so i recommended boosts and ensures but what screws me up is when to finally decide he actually needs to go onto enteral. does that make sense?

As a general matter, yes. The elderly do bruise easily compared to younger adults.
