Why is not recommended for ethnic nose?

One of the reasons behind ethnic rhinoplasty among other things is to raise the bridge of the nose. Surgeons achieve this by starting just below the glabella and often use cartilage to raise the bridge of the nose. This procedure is necessary as most ethnic noses tend to have a flatter profile starting just below the glabella. Failing to raise the bridge starting at that part you not suppose to massage and only raising the bridge of the nose will result in the nose being on the same level as eye and also have appearance of looking like it came right out of eye which is weird. That is why he mentioned not to massage that part because you likely to move or damage whatever was put in there to raise it.
