I live about 50 miles south of these trails. Right now is the peak of greenery here in Georgia.. super lush.

It's what I love about the east coast.

I live in NC and its GREEN here too due to the rain so many times per week, the problem with that is lots of the better/ major trails are closed for a day or two after a decent rain, all that scenery comes at a price

It's amazing to see how fast Dawson has progressed over the time I've been watching your videos you must be so proud

He definitely has a ton of natural talent. He descends better than anybody I've ever ridden with and really hasn't ridden in the mountains that much.

Awesome. Also some great trails around Amicalola Falls.

Bear Creek is amazing, connect that to the Pinhoti 2 and 3 for a great day out. Get shuttled to the top and grab dinner at the bottom when you’re done. The people at Mulberry Gap are amazing. Support this place and ride the best trails in Georgia.

Please put a wind cover over your gopro would sound sooo much better and maybe adjust exposure, sweet trails though 😊

Bear Creek and P2 are really nice. P1, when starting at the end of Bear Creek it’s an ugly climb before you get to what is shown in the video… P2 is a reasonable climb.

Going to have to make a trip Thankyou !! Any hotels you recommend near by

We always rent a cabin. For a little more than a hotel you get a full cabin with a hot tub! Usually a three night minimum.

Hey bro great vid, was this on a gopro 8? Chest?
@e-zyduzit8004 жыл бұрын
Could I ask you to share your settings for this in as much detail as you can please :-)
@ClintGibbs4 жыл бұрын
Yes, GoPro Hero 8 on chest with no gimbal. Sold the gimbal after I got the Hero 8! I shoot 24 FPS, wide, and flat color. Then I color grade it when editing.
@e-zyduzit8004 жыл бұрын
@@ClintGibbs YES my man, I use 2.7k, superview, 60fps, high bit rate and I use go pro colour, I'm thinking now to change that and go flat with the colour. I have hero 8 and if in 2.7k can record in 60fps good for slow mo, but your colour is real nice man. Great edits bro!! Thanks for getting back - check out one of my vids and any advice would be AMAZING! THANKS !

I don't know if it is my phone but colors look kind of saturated and resolution not as good as in some other Clint videos... 😶?
@e-zyduzit8004 жыл бұрын
@@reneh.6551 to be fair now I watch it again the exposure and the sat do actually seem a but high.. but in general his videos are bright and colourful the way they should be, it didn't seem this way when I watched it yesterday.. humm.

How would this compare to Tsali? Never ventured to these parts but would like to.
@ClintGibbs4 жыл бұрын
Tsali, if I remember correctly, doesn't have a ton of lasting descents like these trails do. Also the last time I rode there it seemed a little bit more eroded. These trails are fast and flowy.

So the young man drops the old man, lol, I love it. My son just turned 28 and I loved watching the transformation of him being able to keep up with me and even surpassing me sometimes athletically. It ain't easy beating dad, but it sure is harder beating him.. Enjoy the ride Cliff, there's nothing like it; as I can see you do. Ride fast, be safe...

So my question after watching a bazillion mtb videos is”where are the climbs”? Are they typically long road rides back to top for next run or?
@ClintGibbs4 жыл бұрын
For the Bear Creek Trail we do a fire road climb and come down the singletrack The rest of the trails are single track climbing. Doesn't make for an exciting KZbin video so I typically don't include the climbs unless I'm talking about how a certain bike climbs.
@MrKGatl4 жыл бұрын
Bear Creek has more than plenty of climbing, it’s just not great footage. At Bear Creek the climbs are pretty difficult and look closer to double track at time. The downs are definitely more narrow than the ups. There are some sections that are fire roads/gravel climbs to link up with the trail. This is one of the best trails and rides I’ve ever had.
