Sure, in our timeline there were most likely memes about Bill Clinton, but there were only around 70 million Internet users in January 1998, as well as the fact that first documented YTP style video was in 2004, KZbin came out in 2005 and the first YTPMV was in 2007. This, in combination with the limited access to large amounts of cartoon video materials on the Internet, as well as the lower Internet connection and upload speeds meant that the conditions needed for the YTPMV style of memes to exist and become popular didn't happen until 2007 in our timeline. But by shifting the timeline of the Internet by 10 years, it's possible that YTPMVs may have existed in 1998.

No jokes, no memes, genuinely: this is very well done and nice to listen to. Many YTPMVs sacrifice musicality a fair bit, usually on one or two particular instruments/sources, for the sake of 'the funny', which is completely fair. But barring some very minor distortion and 'harshness' in two of the sources (I don't really know how to explain it properly, I should've studied music more ig lol), this is super smooth and listenable while still being very funny. This is on the level of some of SupDawg444's work, honestly. And that's high praise IMO. I also really enjoyed the Another Medium upload, which leans more on the funny side, so you know, this isn't to say that you should focus on doing things this particular way more - do whatever you like, it's good stuff.
