(Captioned lyrics) This is a labour of love, from a *terrific* show, sung by Sterling Jarvis. I saw there was no proper extended version, the only other one was done badly, seemingly on purpose, either way, it needed somebody with decent experience to revive this song, from the dark corners of a late 90's show.... I took alot of time, I used AI to seperate the vocals from the instruments in certain sections, like where I played a guitar solo, a solo which i believe added a bit of fresh air to the formerly 1 minute track, I believe it sounds like a full song now. In honor of Donkey Kong. The video is captioned, and lyrics are in the description, along with audio files, instrumental and isolated vocals included, thanks for listening.

Well as weird as the show looked considering this was probably one of many firsts shows in the late 90s to ever start with 3D animation. I mean I give him credit for it because around that time it looks so like wow and now looking at it in the future you're like man the 3D animation sucks but at least they tried. The only thing I did wish though for donkey Kong was his voice to be a little deeper like macho deeper. The Mario film did that little differently but well close enough I guess we can call it that. Unless they could have added maybe hulk Hogan John Cena maybe who knows

This show's actually really good in my opinion (and unironically at that). You just need to not give up during the first six episodes, because after that point, the show gets much better, and you have some masterpieces of episodes such as Klump's Lumps, The Kongo Bongo Festival of Lights, and Best of Enemies. Nowadays though, people are always too busy bashing the show and making it look as bad as possible. I can go on for a while explaining why this show isn't as bad as people make it seem, but I'd rather save that for a video topic instead.

baller extended version. I lost it at the guitar solo. I was listening to the original a bunch and I wanted to reupload this scene the other day so the video might be a bit clearer but then I saw your vid. please spread this around. do DKCtv justice. it's a really really good song. the Super Mario Bros cartoons were kind of headed in this direction too by including cover songs from popular artist, but they usually didn't sound that great? So It was bold for DKC to try and make original songs on the spot, just for the episodes and they actually sounded really good. I remember my friends rehearsing "How 'Bout a Deal Eddie" in highschool, so the show definitely had it's audience - My favorite is probably Bluster Kong's theme. But yeah, great work. I loved this, holy shit lol.

This is dope. I always had an idea to extend this out with additional verses, plus a bridge and a rap; what you did came close to what I've envisioned. It would need a good soulful vocalist though, since Sterling Jarvis (Nova Scotia represent!) seems to have no easy form of contact these days. Nice work.
