I wanted to say that since I was a kid I dreamed of being able to sweep pick. I had learned most other techniques but could never sweep, no matter how hard I practiced. At the start of lockdown I came across this video and decided to just practice the shapes once a day. A few months on and one of my biggest goals on guitar has been unlocked and I don't think I could have done it without this video. I can not express how happy this has made me, thank you so much.

Man, Im amazed by this strange high quality content and your quite low audience ratio... All those other big guitar channels give exercises that are either too complicated to figure out, or too boring/easy to be worth doing for someone who is trying to become more advanced player. This video is something that works perfectly for me. Right in the middle. Been doing theese exercises for a couple of weeks, they helped me to visualize the scale better and to improve my sweep picking. Your videos are so satisfying to watch. Put some work to promotion!!!! You should be among those big channels. Cheers.

Once you have it memorized come back and learn how to sweep, you’ll understand how the sweep patterns fit into the scale and outline chords. Also learn your triads and how to tap! Because you’re being drawn into the quicksand of the non-soulful shred. I was a victim of this demon as well for a long time so I can recognize it. People that play like the guy in this video seem to be truly amazing because they play skills and sequence is literally perfect. But unlike the original Eddie Van Halen, there is no personality. Thanks for playing that last 12th fret again (on the A string) at the end of the 75bpm first sweep. It helped me figure out where to loop the sweep during the pattern. The tab displayed, is played twice. I could not figure out how to loop the whole thing. That is, until I saw you hit the 12th fret twice in a row in the middle section and at the very end of the riff. Took me a few re watches but you made quite simple and I got it now! Awesome video, great playing, Thank you for showing us these juicy sweeps
