+Taurim (racing pads, even in the wet ?)

Yes, even on the wet I got a bit of pad fading on some braking zones. I had to brake a little sooner on some places like the Dunlop curve, the NGK chicane and the Yokohama S (end of main straight). No problem with the brake liquid as I was using RBF 600.

When you have used semi-slick, this kind of light rain is painful! I'm the driver of the GT3 and I couldn't push... Rain is good practice, but if your tires are gone, this can be really be dangerous... Quite frustrating when you have some guys pushing (the 2 guys in front of me were good too!). But I'm surprised that you have pad fading in those kind of conditions, especially with a "RS cup" version! Now I understand why you did a cooldown lap!

Thanks for your comment. It was a nice battle and I have to thank the weather for that :) You probably noticed the VERY fast Twingo RS, it is highly tuned and there is a Clio 3 RS engine in it ;) Check his YT channel : kzbin.info I took the Clio at the last minute (gearbox problem in my Exige...) with stock brake pads on it. In the past I used CL RC6 pads and it was perfect during the hardest trackdays. Here with the track begining to dry and gaining a little grip as we were driving on it, it was too much for my brake pads in some places and I had to brake a little sooner to avoid problems.

Nice driving ;-) What do you think about RE002? Dry grip/wet grip/ feeling/ lifetime? i'm interested by these tyres for my car (206 rc)

What were the warning lights for near the end?

It was a communication problem between the alternator and the car. Probably the little connector with 1 wire.
