Very cool practical effects and visuals but fundamentally this adaptation so badly misunderstands what Silent Hill is about. Stealing all the iconography from SH2 without any of the creature designs or visuals being directly tied to the character's story or psychology completely misses the point IMO. I'm still waiting for someone to actually make a good SH adaptation (hint, hint, adapt the story from 2!! Not the schlocky cult rebirth arcs from 1 & 3)
