Probably ran out of spare blue light heads when repairing the lightbar. Federal Signal has stopped making that lightbar years ago, it’s getting harder to find parts.

Federal Signal LEDs lightbars burn out a lot, if you look at other units they have blank spaces were the leds gave out, they probably don’t have replacements for them
